this website
The website has no account, no cookies, no analytics and no external scripts or fonts. The calculators work in your browser and keep nothing. The WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp with a request in the link, so in a browser WhatsApp's wa.me page receives that text; email opens your own email app. PRISMA MP receives nothing until you press send there.

what this notice covers
The notice covers the app on your phone: the part lists, guides and pictures it shows, the motorcycles and requests you keep, the calculators, and the ways the app hands a request to you to send.

the motorcycles you record
For each motorcycle you can save a nickname, the kind of motorcycle, the make and line as you type them, the engine size, the model year and an odometer note.
The app does not ask for the number plate, the VIN, the engine number, your ID number or your location.

drive kit, tyres, brakes and bulb
The record also keeps the final drive, the chain size, the tooth counts and links, the tyre sizes, the wheel and brake types, the headlamp bulb, where the speed sensor is and an optional note.

the parts requests you build
For each request the app stores its number, the motorcycle it is for, each part line with its size, quantity, preference, urgency, old part reference and note, and whether you will pick it up or want it delivered.

status and quoted amounts
The app keeps the status of each request (draft, sent, quoted, received or closed), the time of each change, and the amount and note you type in from PRISMA MP's reply. It never receives anything from PRISMA MP by itself.

your name, phone and delivery note
To let PRISMA MP reply and deliver, a request can include your name, a phone number and a delivery place (barrio and address or a landmark). You type them yourself and they are optional unless you choose delivery.

where your data is stored
Everything you enter is stored in the app’s private storage on your phone, in a database other apps cannot read.
Android backup is turned off for the app, so this data is not copied to a cloud backup.

no account, no cloud copy
The app has no account, no sign-in and no server of its own. Nothing is synchronised and no copy exists outside your phone unless you send it.

what the app does not collect
The app does not collect location, contacts, photos, files, device identifiers, advertising identifiers or usage statistics, and it contains no analytics or advertising code.

no internet access
The app does not request the Android internet permission. It cannot send anything by itself.

sending a request by whatsapp
When you tap Send on WhatsApp, the app opens WhatsApp with the request written in a message to PRISMA MP. Nothing is sent until you press send there.
WhatsApp’s own terms apply to messages you send with it.

sending a request by email
When you tap Email, the app opens your own email app with the request written in and addressed to PRISMA MP. Nothing is sent until you press send there.

calling, copying and sharing
Call opens your phone app with PRISMA MP’s number filled in; the call is made only if you start it. Copy puts the request on the clipboard, and Share opens the Android share sheet.
When you send, share or copy a request, the app records the time and the channel and marks the request as sent.
A request you send reaches PRISMA MP through the channel you used. PRISMA MP uses it to answer and supply your parts. Ask PRISMA MP directly how long it keeps messages.

the calculators keep nothing else
The drive kit and tyre calculators work on the numbers on the screen. They keep nothing unless you add the result to a request or save it in a motorcycle record.

your choices and rights under colombian law
You can edit, duplicate or delete motorcycles and requests at any time, and uninstalling the app deletes all of its data from your phone. Deleting a request does not cancel anything you already sent.
Under Colombian data protection law (Ley 1581 de 2012 and Decreto 1377 de 2013) you can ask PRISMA MP S.A.S. to know, update, correct or delete the personal data you sent, and you can complain to the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC). Send such requests to juanm.estradav@gmail.com.

changes and contact
If the app changes how it handles data, this notice is updated in a new version of the app and on the website, with a new effective date.
